It's been an incredible journey for Box'd Night In! Two years ago, we set out to make special date night boxes for couples across Australia and have been overwhelmed with the positive response we have received. As we celebrate two years in business, it's time to reflect on how far we've come and the challenges that have propelled us forward.

To start, we want to thank all of our customers for their support. We are truly grateful for such a supporting community we've built. We wouldn't be here without you guys! The feedback we received was invaluable in helping us identify areas where we needed to improve and opportunities to expand our product range. From customising the design of each box, to introducing new items such as luxury candles and add on products, it has been a fun journey making subtle improvements to ensure our customers are happy.

Aside from customer feedback, the key to our success was understanding the importance of focus. We had multiple ideas for how we could grow the business but decided early on that it was best to narrow our ambitions and stay focused on delivering the best date night boxes possible. This enabled us to hone in on perfecting the customer experience, from ordering to delivery and beyond.

As we move into our third year of business, we want to thank once again all of our customers for their support and look forward to introducing even more features and products in the future! Our goal has always been to make planning the perfect date night easy and enjoyable, so here's to continuing that mission in 2023. Cheers!
